Every year, CAC allocates USD20,000 for Xun Dao Wesley Convention mission fund in Cambodia.

CAC Methodist Women are to be commended for their passion in missions. Their contribution had increased from RM55,000 in year 2004 to RM60,000 in year 2005.

3. Evangelistic Vision Camp 2005
In order to strengthen the evangelistic ministry, the CAC Missions Board organized a vision sharing camp on 7th - 8th April in Melaka.

4. Social Concerns
In order to promote the ministry of the Beautiful Gate (which is a ministry for people who are differently abled), an application to become a foundation was made 3 years ago. The ministry of Beautiful Gate is widely recognized by the Government and the public. Tax exemption status has been granted, and this will enhance the financial support for this ministry.

5. Methodist Care Ministry
Methodist Care Ministry is one of the ministries promoted by CAC Board of Social Concerns, which is not so well-known. We have approximately 100 ‘love warriors’ (members) under the organization, mainly serving in the hospitals in KL, Penang etc. They are also actively involved in the Beautiful Gate ministry. This year, Methodist Care Ministry will also organize 3-in-1 blood donation events in around 20 locations.

6. Equipment of pastors and believers
The purpose for the Isaiah School “Journey of Christian Growth” programme is to enrich the clergy and laity in their theological knowledge and quality of spiritual life
.
From 2006 onwards, the school will provide full time and part time training programmes. Full time course will be the continuation of “Journey of Christian Growth” programme, whereas part time course will be carried out 2 months in a year.

7. Youth Ministry
The Youth Ministry Conference cum Ad-hoc AGM was held in KL on 19-20 March, 2005, around 100 people attended the conference. We thank God that the AGM went on smoothly and the conference representatives approved the constitutional amendments unanimously. The constitution of MYF was amended to increase the age of youth fellowship members from 16-30 years old to 18-35 years old. The membership fee was increased from RM2 to RM10.

8. World Youth Conference
The 8th World Youth Conference was held on 19-26 July, 2005 in Brazil. Sister Gan Jia Hui represented CAC.

9. Pastor’s School 2005
It was held on 5-7 March in Melaka. Bishop Dr. Hwa Yung, Rev. Dr. Ho Hon Yan and Dr. Chen Zhong Deng were invited as speakers.

Coincidently, the CAC Singapore held its Pastor’s School too in a hotel nearby. We had a short time of fruitful sharing on the last day.

10. Ministerial Retreat
The Ministerial Board held a Ministerial Retreat on 13-15 June in STM. It was a good time for sharing amongst the 6 conferences.

11. Kindergarten Teachers’ Training
A Kindergarten Teacher’s Training was held on 30th May to 1st June in Penang, organized by Board of Christian Education. 80 headmasters and teachers from Methodist kindergartens attended.

12. Music Ministry

Brother Hong Qi Yuan from “Prince Music Ministry” USA conducted this training in Melaka, Kepong and Teluk Intan. 257 participants attended the full time training session. In future, Board of Worship will compile all locally composed songs and record them in CDs, to be published along with song books.
