Quick Facts about the Project: Total build up area for Convention Hall Block: 5078 m²; Convention Hall with capacity of 550 - 600 persons; Dining Facility with capacity for 490 persons, 2 function rooms with a total of 80 person capacity; Exhibition Foyer & Secretariat and Break up Rooms. Total build up area for Residential Block: 8795 m²; 160 twin sharing rooms, 26 quad sharing rooms, 2 meeting rooms of 100 sitting capacity. The centre is also equipped with 101 car park bays and 3 bus parking bays. Anticipated completion on December 2012.
